I am a versatile and results-driven professional with over 13 years of experience in client account management, sales leadership, and customer service across diverse industries. I have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and optimizing operational efficiency in both remote and in-person environments.

I specialize in managing inbound and outbound communications, maintaining accurate CRM data, and coaching teams to consistently exceed performance targets. My background spans consultancy, e-commerce, and call center operations, where I honed my skills in process improvement, customer satisfaction, and sales strategy.

I am committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering lasting partnerships, and achieving measurable results. Beyond my professional goals, I am passionate about helping build the church and supporting church workers in their mission. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two sons, watching movies, and listening to Christian sermons for personal growth and motivation.
